re.flex at a glance
- Medically validated - The exercise programs have been developed in cooperation with the most renowned universities in sports medicine. They are based on the current state of the art in physical therapy as well as current study-based guidelines to ensure you the highest possible quality standard.
- Proven exercises - The exercise programs include simple exercises to improve your strength, flexibility and motor skills as well as reduce your joint pain.
Personal Exercise Assistant - With re.flex, you get a personal digital exercise assistant that interactively guides you through the exercises with clear instructions.
- Objective measurement of movement - Using movement sensors, re.flex is able to give you immediate live feedback on whether you are performing the exercise correctly or incorrectly. You receive both acoustic and visual feedback in 3D.
- 3D Visual Feedback - 3D visual feedback gives you detailed information about your own movement in space and clear instructions on how to perform the exercise.
- Audible Feedback - Audible feedback allows you to perform your exercises "hands-off" if you already know how to do the exercise.
- Positive behavioral correction - Correct behavior is positively reinforced, and incorrect behavior is given specific instructions on how to perform the exercise correctly.
- Detailed training reports - re.flex provides you detailed graphical reports on various aspects of your training. For example, you can track the progress of your training fidelity, the development of pain and also qualitative metrics such as the execution accuracy of your exercises. Thus, the training report provides both you and the doctor (in case you want to share your report with your doctor) with objective transparency about your training progress.
- Flexible training time - re.flex allows you to choose the time and place of your training week. If you miss a workout, you will be reminded automatically. Missed workouts can be made up on break days to prevent both under- and overtraining.
- Flexible training routine - If the patient is unable to perform an exercise, the workout program always provides alternative exercises, or the option to skip the exercise if necessary.
